A “POP” Project for the Auction Association

From November 2019 the Auction Association participates in the POP project (Orientation Path and Personalized Project) in collaboration with the Social Cooperative ONLUS Bottega solidale.

The project, in implementation of the Operational Programme of the Lazio Region European Social Fund, programming 2014-2020 – Priority Axis 2 – Specific Objective 9.1, aims to create a service for the care of young adults in vulnerable and fragile social conditions, promoting their active inclusion and future employment.

The Auction Association collaborates in the empowerment actions of this project by hosting three young people who, on a voluntary basis, support our staff by learning the basic tasks related to the care of animals and the relationship with the users who come to our facility daily.

The aim of this experience for the young people is to experience themselves in the relationship with the public and help them to understand the attitudes necessary to undertake training and then work in the field of veterinary and pet care in general.
