We take care of our cat friends,
in the heart of the most famous market in Rome

Since January 1, 2020 the Auction – Association for Health and Protection of Animals – manages, on behalf of Roma Capitale, the feline oasis of Porta Portese in Via Portuense, 39.

The association is taking care of the census of all the cats guests with photos and data sheets that can also offer profiles as detailed as possible, also useful for future adoption requests.

The cats of Porta Portese are a heritage of the cities of Rome and the association’s commitment is also directed towards improvements, to make the feline oasis an increasingly welcoming space for animals and accessible to citizens and tourists interested.
